🎵 A dream is a wish your heart makes 🎵
I was sooo excited to visit when Yann suggested we visit Disneyland Paris. I’d never been to Disney before and being a kid at heart, I desperately wanted to go to the land of magic and fun.
This trip to Disney was the last leg of a fun 2-week birthday adventure. We started in London, then made our way to Tunisia, and ended in Pah-ris! This trip definitely went down as one of the best birthdays I’ve ever had.
Disney Day
Truthfully, Disney day did not start off as planned at all. We arrived at the park later than planned and it turned out I’d purchased the incorrect tickets online. After waiting in the first line, we had to go to the side office to fix my little hiccup. The result was us getting into the theme park way later than we liked but that wasn’t going to ruin our day, after all, we were at freakin’ Disneyland Paris!

Come along as we enter the park. It was a long walk in but the anticipation of the day ahead kept us from feeling it. The grounds were beautifully filled with fountains, flowers, and colourful grass installations.
Walt Disney Studios!
Following the path, we entered the Disney village which is right at the start of the theme park. We walked along through the village taking it all in and spotted the massive pink Disneyland Paris hotel.
I will stay in a Disney hotel one day if it’s the last thing I do! Just fyi.
We walked through the magically lit tunnel under the hotel snapping pics along the way and prepared ourselves for some good ol’ Disney fun!
Walking around
We journeyed on walking around the beautiful grounds. In this particular part of the theme park, you’ll find It’s a small world, Alice’s Curious Labyrinth, and Adventure Isle where the pirates live! We couldn’t resist hopping on the carousel of Lancelot as the lineup was pretty short. And just like you’re never too old to visit Disney, I believe you’re never too old to enjoy the carousel either.
From the lineup, you can see Jack’s large bean stock that grew just outside his house.
Mad Hatter’s Tea cups
After our short and fun ride, we made our way to the teacups. I can’t handle a lot of rides, but you can put me in a teacup any day. I love that you have total control over how much you move and how fast you spin!
Time for the big parade!
Adventureland
We ended our time at Disney venturing through Adventureland. It was fun walking through the halls and being transported into the world of Aladdin and Abu before finishing off in the magnificent shipwrecked treehouse.
Adios, Ciao, Goodbye!
I hope you enjoyed coming along on this visual tale of a fun time in Disneyland Paris. If you haven’t been, be sure to add it to your list! Don’t forget to dream big!
Until next time, stay blessed ♡
