I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or in want.
"It is more blessed to give than to receive."
"I will save you, and you will be a blessing."
God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus
I sought the Lord and He answered me and delivered me from all my fears
Be kind and helpful to one another, tender-hearted [compassionate, understanding], forgiving one another, just as god in Christ also forgave you
So, as God's chosen people, who are holy and well-beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, bearing graciously with one another, and willingly forgiving each other if one has a cause for complaint against one another; just as the Lord has forgiven you, so should you forgive.
Do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.
For you, my brothers, were called to freedom; only do not let your freedom become an opportunity for the sinful nature (worldliness, selfishness), but through love serve and seek the best fir one another.
Peace that transcends uderstanding
The one who desires life, to love and see good days, must keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit. He must turn away from evil and do good; He must seek peace and pursue it.
Peace I leave with you; My [perfect] peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. [let my perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge].
We are called to listen and obediently pay attention to God's commands to love Him and serve Him with all of our heart, soul, choices, thoughts and our whole being.
This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.
